PICO — Restaurant in Fujisawa

I've got the worst service in my life at this restaurant. Never go this place again. The restaurant was full but we are the only customer waiting. We had about 1 hour before getting on the train. So we asked a lady, who seemed to be in charge, if we could place orders before sitting. The lady refused it because that's against their policy. OK... that's not nice, but the real issue here was her arrogance and the way she talked to us. She was speaking as if we were jerks who have no common sense or something. I didn't feel like I was a customer at all. We should have gotten out but we stayed and ended up missing the train (which we paid for the reserved seats). I can't believe how the lady keeps...

Had PICO in Enoshima for dinner to see how the Italian cuisine would be compared to other places. The white pizza came in very thin slices, and can be shareable or easily eaten by one person. The pizza had a good dough and crust, but the toppings did not have much flavor, and you could not taste much cheese, so it tasted more like eating a flat bread like naan than a slice of pizza. The pasta with red sauce was good. The noodles were al dente and the red sauce complimented it well. The dining area inside was clean and the staff...

My family and I came across this place while visiting the area during Golden Week. I read other reviews and I really don’t know why anyone would give this place anything lower than 5 stars. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was amazing. The sauce for the pizza was fresh, not canned. The food came quickly despite it being Golden Week and the place was packed. I wish this place was in Toyama so I could visit it more often. I highly recommend this place. I seriously would eat there on a regular basis if I lived...
