This is a terrible bar, I don't know why it has so good reviews. First of all, the cocktails are awful. Lemon cocktail is just sour water, I wonder does it even contain any alcohol, cola and whiskey seems like they served only cola, grape cocktail tasted awful! Moreover, you have to pay seat charge, 550 yen per person! Seriously?! Ok, I can understand if it were 550 per table, but 550 per person for awful...

We found this place on accident after being turned away by 2 restaurants, because we are foreigners and don’t speak Japanese. The owner at Igloo was so nice and accommodating, even though she doesn’t speak English. I enjoyed the food a lot and it seemed like a fun and casual place to hang out...
