We have traveled to Japan a few times before but since my husband is not really a ramen person, it was a priority when it came to food. A few years ago, my husband started appreciating noodle soups so the kids were able to get him interested in ramen. We visited Fukuoka last year and our daughter insisted that we try Shin shin an. Luckily, there was one near our hotel. I didn't expect much but it was good and my family really liked it. Plus the prices were also reasonable. The noodles (orders バリカタ- extra hard) were great. The pork belly was amazing. Service was prompt and friendly. Also shared a side of gyoza which were great. Worth the trip to Fukuoka just...
