商業施設『博多リバレインモール』の1階にあるカフェです。商業施設内のほとんどのお店は10時からの営業ですが、このカフェは平日は7時から営業しているため、出勤前の朝食やコーヒーを堪能するのにピッタリのカフェだと思います。 席数30～40席程度で、店内はそれ程広くは無いものの、各席の間隔は比較的広めに設定されているため、ゆったりとくつろぐことが出来ます。店内はやや照明を落とした落ち着いた雰囲気となっていますが、晴れた日の昼間は外から入る光によって爽やかな雰囲気となります。一方で高めのビルに囲まれた場所にあるからか、朝夕、及び天気の良くない日は少し暗めの雰囲気となりますが、それはそれで落ち着ける環境と感じるかもしれません。 注文カウンターで予めコーヒーなどのドリンクや料理を注文し、着席後、スタッフが席まで注文したドリンク・料理を給仕します。カフェらしく、料理はトーストなどのパンが主体の軽食がほとんどです。店名にもある通り、コーヒーの豆や淹れるための水にこだわりを持っており、特に爽やかな酸味のあるコーヒーに定評があるように思います。 スタッフの接客対応も概ね良好で、とても素晴らしいひと時を過ごせました。建物の1階にあるため、入口及びフロアに段差等はありませんが、出入り口が手動式の扉であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用に注意が必要です。

As the name of the cafe suggests, they are particular about the coffee beans and water used to brew their coffee, and they seem to have a reputation for coffee with a particularly refreshing acidity. We stopped in for coffee when we read it was made with onsen water, extracted overnight for 8-10 hours from the underground hot springs. We tried both a hot and iced coffee and both had a really nice flavour, I found the hot one to be a bit more mellow.
