Top tier dining experience in Fukuoka city, although the food may not be for those that are looking for a heavier taste. The small private room (seats up to 4) is right next to the kitchen where you can see chef Hakoda and her team hard at work. The service team speaks ok level of English but do have your translator app ready if you need to make any requests or ask about the ingredients. The staff explained the components of each dish well, and you could get a feel of what to expect before taking a bite.
