Haruyoshi Ramen — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Small shop with great local food ! Love their black ramen with their special made black garlic sauce. We also tried the sizzling pan fried ramen with mentaiko , which is the popular food in Fukuoka. Quite a unique flavour to have the ramen cooked this way. Love the atmosphere as it’s very local but don’t expect to be very clean the place. Oden was good, I think it was the first time I had oden and it tasted just like how I had imagined it, but later as I tried oden in other places, I realised that the oden sold here was relatively more expensive.

The ramen was so-so. The broth was way too flavourful and didn’t taste like it’s made entirely from pork bone (not sure). The chashu was small and thin, but overall I think it’s good for the price.

What a cozy little hole-in-the-wall ramen joint. Atmosphere is like a restaurant/ food stall and only seats ~12 customers (more seats at the back).
