During the stupid hot summers, kakigori is a must do, but even on a chilly day, this ice dessert should be part of your daily ritual. With over 100 kakigoris already in my repertoire, I was very impressed with this shop! They had the newest looking ice shaving machines I had seen! Think when Harry Potter was kitted with a Nimbus 2000, it was a game changer! Well the ice that they shaved was incredibly soft and fluffy. Albeit, they have some of the purest ice to start with, the final product was amazing. I had the caramel and nuts kakigori and it was like eating a cloud of sweetness. This is the cutest little kakigori place, cute and clean and with with a nice atmosphere :)
I had the Amaou (famous Fukuoka strawberries) and whipped cream kakigori, which was juste perfectly delicious. Lots of whipped cream on the top + a bit of strawberry sauce on the side and a little wafer in the middle. It was juste perfect!
