Pizzeria da Gaetano — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Staff is courteous, the oven for pizza is a proper one, and pizza is decent. The raw horse carpaccio was covered in arugula and way too much GRATED parmesan cheese, which is weird, to say the least (it should be cut into thin scales... It's not pasta, it's carpaccio!). The music is some Latin American garbage, but I guess for these japs Italy and Latin America are the same thing. At least I didn't find tiramisu on the menu. Which is good, because they wouldn't be able to make it anyway, so at least they spared me the torture of eating another disgusting Japanese tiramisu for the sake of a review. Well done, 4 stars instead of 3 for not having tiramisu...

I had mixed feelings about this place. The pizza was delicious, mushroom and mozzarella were very tasty. The decoration is nice, and the pasta were well cooked. But...first, it was pricy (3800¥ for a pizza and a plate of pasta). It can feel quite noisy/saturated. Some people in the kitchen were wearing their masks under their nose or their chin. I will give the food a 4 out of 5 But the waiter was very good at his job noticing small thing before we had to tell him just the way he’s looking for things to do instead of just standing there that’s why I rated it 5 stars I enjoyed the food too but waiter was just the extra star this experience

I eat out a lot and notice things like unfriendly waiter bad service and stuff so it was nice having a good dinner

Definitely recommend to go on a nice date or just a nice dinner...
