exit through gate 16 from tenjin station. go straight to Acros building and look for the toilet. it is on the same floor, no need to go up or down. then find Tenjin with the word Japanese friter tempura. dont find only tenjin or you will mistake with other shop which display tenjin and same white Noren (curtain). the line is very long, highly recommend come at time.

the water and hot tea are freeflow, serve yourself at the counter. they have 1 kind of ricebowl for men and 1 for women (which consider women eat less than men). you can order extra rice at the order machine.
the tempura quality is amazing. that what i meant to say until i saw the shrimp not being cleaned properly before making tempura. and even the staff say it was ok? how ok is that?!?!?!. that part is where the shrimp get rid of the food and needed to be clean before doing the tempura. every tempura master know that basic knowledge!...
