Every time I come to Fukuoka, I must eat beef intestine hot pot, delicious! The restaurant is located on the B1 level of the newly opened ONE FUKUOKA. The environment and atmosphere are both great! I ordered a miso hot pot, which had just the right flavor—not too salty! The service is very attentive, and they even gave a side of beans. Finally, I added some noodles, making it prefect!

My first experience on motsunabe dinner, a famous dish of fukuoka. The misu soup base is very delicious and rich. Out of my expectations, there is not much meat from the intestine and a bit chewy indeed, but he fat is the delicious part. Eating together with the vege and the noodles are perfect combinations. Horse meat is also an interesting food. Should try.

地下鉄の天神駅直結徒歩2分、ワンビル地下1階にオープン。 福岡観光名物のもつ鍋を目当てに、ランチで初めて訪問しました🍲

決め手となったのはスープの味がみそ・しょうゆ・水炊き風の3つから選べる点です！ 水炊き風はだしと薄口醤油で煮込んでおり、にんにくが使われておりません。自分はにんにくが苦手なのでとても助かりました☺️🧄✨ もつ鍋のもつが苦手な方は豚バラに変更もできるそうです！
