The chef made his artistry open to view on the iron griddle and everything we had there was so tasty and esthetic! It was a fun and western like setting, with an upscale presentation in food. Everyone there was attentive, patient and super hospitable. We were given last minute accommodations for the next day and they welcomed us beyond closing hours. We are very thankful for this experience and the kindness of the people that worked there. The food was all so tasty and the Nagano Cabernet franc paired well with the tenderloin course! They presented the marbled steak prior to cooking to ensure we were satisfied with it....

Saw that this restaurant has very good reviews and decided to book it a month in advance from abroad. Very glad that my booking was there when we arrived. Counter seats are the best if you wish to watch the chef in action. Food was amazing. We had the wagyu tenderloin set. It was super tender and juicy. Paired with Japanese red wine.. yum! Chef was friendly and was able to converse well in English. He explained to us the difference between the cuts. My small children were very welcomed and the chef did a flambé just for them. as expected of a v good japanese hospitality, from start to finish, we were hosted and taken care of very well. and of cos they have the food to match that. we ordered the premium beef course which comes with several appetizers and a fish dish. see pictures. teppanyaki-ed really well and the sauce was really tasty. i watched the chef really put his heart and attention while cooking! esp our beef course, the wagyu steaks came perfectly as we wanted , medium. u can tell they serve top quality beef. overall if u can snag a reservation and don’t mind spending on your ski trip dinner, highly...
