The chef made his artistry open to view on the iron griddle and everything we had there was so tasty and esthetic! It was a fun and western like setting, with an upscale presentation in food. Everyone there was attentive, patient and super hospitable. We were given last minute accommodations for the next day and they welcomed us beyond closing hours.
