HOTEL LA VIGNE HAKUBA by Onko Chishin — Hotel in Hakuba

This is a really new hotel, so the staff are still trying to get the hang of things as we stayed only a month after the opening, so their English is still a bit broken for the price we are paying, there is no cleaning service every-day, only every other day. It is a bit harder, not what we are used to with staying at this high price, but we can tell they try their very best and that's all that matters! Location is super convenient. Right next door is Spicy Ski Rentals, few minutes walk to Echoland Village with restaurants, and the hotel provides a door to door free shuttle service from the hotel to either Nakiyama ski slope, or Hakuba 47. We spent 5 nights in this hotel that were outstanding. The room, even not being one of the biggest ones, was really nice, very quiet, with nice Mountain View’s, and providing us a feeling like being at home or even better. Everything in this hotel has being designed in order to make the guest life easy. It will be too long to describe all the details but there are many, many. About the staff, they are so kind I cannot describe it. My wife got an accident (not at the hotel) during our stay and everybody at the hotel was giving her so much attention so I need to thank them sincerely. And last but not least, the restaurant. Every one of the 5 nights we were having a menu discovering always new dishes. Not repeating any of them (and they were many) during our 5 nights stay. Our recent stay at HOTEL LA VIGNE HAKUBA was nothing short of exceptional! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and attentiveness that made our trip truly unforgettable.
