Jufukuro — Restaurant in Hikone

We were staying at the Comfort hotel in Hikone and this was the closest restaurant, only a 1 minute walk. We were instantly impressed by the cleanliness and simple decor and the great smell that was coming from the kitchen. We already knew the food would be tasty. We sat in our own private seating area with a nice footwell which was very comfortable to sit in, we didn’t have to kneel on the floor which was great. There were cushions and extra blankets which were a lovely addition. The staff were very polite and attentive and were happy to explain things about the menu in a simple way that was easy to understand. We ordered spicy cucumber which was delicious and refreshing to the palate with a decent hit of spice but not at all overwhelming. It really complemented the rest of our dishes too as a palate cleanser. All the food came fresh and hot and was incredibly tasty. The black vinegar pork dish was especially delightful alongside the ramen (which noodles were perfectly cooked, not too soft, not too hard) with a lovely hot creamy broth. The Mapotofu was such a warming kind taste and really made me feel like I was tasting authentic Chinese food. All the dishes were a very generous portion size too. The staff, atmosphere, food, and portion size were amazing, nothing to complain. The value for money was incredible; for two people we ordered a lot of food + beer and hot tea and our bill only came to ¥5,220 we were amazed at how cheap it was for the quantity and great quality of food. メニュー名忘れちゃったので若干間違いがあるかも知れませんが、どれも非常に美味しくて最高でした。

【体験】 駐車場あり。 店内はお座敷席とテーブル席があります。 何回も行っていますが、非常にクオリティが高く毎回とても満足しています。オススメの中華料理屋さんです。

【店内の様子/体験】 JR彦根駅すぐ近くにある中華料理屋さんです。 駐車場がたくさんあるので、車での来訪も安心です。 店内は結構ラグジュアリーというか、居酒屋みたいな感じで一般的な大衆中華料理屋よりはやや品がいい感じです。 店員さんが優しいです。

炒飯、普通にめちゃ美味しいです。 トマト卵炒めも、よくある中華料理屋さんで出てくるもので、美味しかったです。 激辛台湾ラーメンは注文をする際に本当に大丈夫ですか？と聞かれました。それくらい辛いです。 それに恥じることなく非常に辛く、また、ただ辛いだけでなく非常に美味しい台湾ラーメンでした。店員さんに聞くとさらに辛くできるとのことだったため、底が知れません。

生ビールと2種類のおかずのセットで選べるメニューがとても豊富です！軟骨の唐揚げと油淋鶏を注文。一般にこの手のセットは小サイズの提供が多いのだが、こちらのお店の料理はどちらも量が単品サイズ！中華料理店はメニューが多く、どれを頼むか迷うことが多いですが、これなら飲む人も飲まない人も楽しめるのでおすすめです！ 主食は茹で餃子を注文。市販の茹で餃子は生地がモチモチしていますが、こちらのお店の餃子は小麦がしっかり香る分厚めの皮で、本場の味を完全に再現しています。 美味しい料理についついお酒が進み、もう一品頼もうとなり、ラム肉の香草焼き(孜然クミン)を注文。これは中国で常食される有名な料理ですが、日本ではなかなか食べれません。味はとても美味しく、お肉の調理は中国現地で食べるものよりも上手いと思いました。辛味は日本人に合わせてくれていますが、それでも十分に辛いです。(苦手な方は注文の際に伝えると調節してくれます。)白ごはんかハイボールが必須ですね！ 2人でこれだけ食べて、ドリンクを4つ頼んでも三千幾らかでした。安すぎて心配です。。。看板メニューの北京ダックも要予約で食べれます。次は必ず注文しようと思います。 店内は清潔感もあり、また座敷、個室もあり、宴会にも最適です。優しい女将さんも人当たりが大変良く、是非また来たいと思えるお店です。飲食店は今は辛い時期だと思いますが、他のレビューにもあるように地元の方に愛される頑張って欲し...
