サーモン料理専門店 鮭バル — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Strange place, there they don’t warn you, that every person pay 350¥ for a place (they just have small note in Japanese menu, yes they tell you in the beginning that English menu doesn’t exist, but still).

Bar was empty, you smell from frying oil after few minutes there. We ordered 2 glasses of sake (don’t know the price for the bottle, so will not judge if that was overpriced or not) and we paid extra 700¥ for just existing there. There are plenty of great places around. No need to spend time in a this place.

They call themself a sake bar. I don’t know why, having 7 bottles of sake in Japanese izakaya doesn’t make you sake bar. After 20 days in Japan it is nice to find a bar that would be considered bad even in Europe.

ランチタイムに2名で訪問しました。12時前でしたのでとても空いていました。 ランチメニューは４品から選択するシステムです。 ①生サーモン・イクラのＴＫＧ（宇和島卵かけご飯）980円 （サラダ・味噌汁付き） ②海の幸と野菜のアヒージョセット　1,000円 （サラダ・パン付き） ③サーモン・ベビーホタテ・大海老のオーロラソースパスタセット　1,300円 （サラダ・パン付き） ④サーモン・雲丹・イクラのチーズリゾット　1,500円 （サラダ・パン付き）

今回は①と②を注文。 ①はサーモンの切り身をイクラがものすごく美味でうっかりすると一瞬で食べ終わってしまいます。もう少しボリュームがあるとよいのでご飯大盛り(＋100円)をお勧めします。 ②は海鮮の出汁がとても濃厚で、サーモン・牡蠣・エビ・ホタテ・ムール貝・きのこ・人参・ナスなどの野菜が最後までおいしく堪能できました。 ①と②のどちらかなら②が満足度が高かったです。 ...
