A beautifully run establishment with delicious items for BBQ. We tried all of the meats on the menu! To start as it was our first night in Hiroshima we decided to order the Hiroshima specialty! It was fiery and juicy, the owner recommended lemon! He was right! The lemon was beautiful with this cut! We had the Japanese black beef tongue next, the texture was a lovely soft texture. It was my partners first time having tongue and he was very happy with the texture. The owners wife gave us tips over the evening on how to cook certain cuts of meat, the venue comes equiped with both a Japanese and English menu. The family running the venue are able to run a friendly business that caters to everyone! It takes great management and skill to run a venue in this manner, of which they have the skills.

We ordered a range of condiments including rice, salad, carrot, greens and bean sprouts.

Next came the mouth watering beef skirt Harami! Over the coals they went! BBQ’d perfectly and dipped into the recommended sauce! Absolutely delicious! 10/10 home run! The sauce not only suited the meat but it sent our taste buds off into space on a dream cruise of おいしい😋

Next came the delicious cuts of pork meats, toro, ribs and loin. All tasting fantastic with a thick sauce. My partner and I were very happy..

So happy that we had to order another serve of meat! Of course we went for a second round of the Japanese Black Beef. The meat was just so tender and juicy! We needed more.

To go with our delicious dinner we had a serve of cold Asahi. This was a wonderful evening! If you have the chance, go to this venue and experience the delicious meat and the brilliant team behind the business!

As a family run venue, I love a wholesome business as such.

A fantastic meal and excellent dining ! We met the Father and Son duo who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome despite our very limited Japanese. We had the best BBQ beef and pork in Japan so far and we have eaten out a lot in Hiroshima, Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka so far. This place has great quality meat and wide range of wine and sake from all over Japan. The home made sauces are absolutely to die for! Combined with perfectly cooked rice, the restaurant is the best place to experience an authentic Japanese BBQ meal. 炭火焼肉ホルモンはちすけ 広島本店 was an absolute delight! It's a husband-and-wife team, with the wife carrying a little baby on her back the entire time, and their adorable kid popping up from the back now and then — you can really see how hard they’re working to make this place special.

We had the 5 kinds beef set and the beef horumon set, and every bite was a treat — a great variety of leaner and fatter cuts that all hit the spot. Don’t forget to drink the warm sake while eating the horumon — it pairs perfectly and completes the experience.
