Our best guess is, this man has an American father who he is completely estranged with, but when he was younger his mum used to tell him all about the wonders of the American burger and how his biological father liked them so much. Although this place is small (6 counter seats and a few high top tables for 2 people) there was still room for us. This seems to be a one man show-host, cook, and cashier all in one. The burgers were good size and well seasoned on a brioche bun and come with a side of fries. They serve craft beer, sours, sake and gin cocktails. Found this little gem randomly while looking through the alleys for dinner and I’m so glad I found it! A 10 seat resturant ran by one guy and he did phenomenal! We ordered 3 burgers and draft beers while sitting at the bar watching him cook up everything. He has a wide variety of burgers and it was delicioussss. It comes with fries or coleslaw.
