Japanese style Ramen-ya。 — Restaurant in Hiroshima

I’m a fan of Korean 냉면 (cold noodles), so when I saw they had chilled ramen on the menu I had to try it—especially in this heat!

I really liked it, and as I kept eating and drinking the broth, more and more layers of flavor came out. The chashu tasted like a Christmas ham from back home (very cherished memories) and the noodles had a pleasant slightly chewy texture.

When I finished drinking the last drops, I was very satisfied with my first chilled ramen experience.

The ramen dashi was light, subtle, and refreshing, and the chashu pork was delicious. I think this is the lightest ramen I've ever eaten. We left feeling satisfied and not overburdened. Next time I would like to try the chashu-don - I think it must be very good!

We kindly received an omusubi service and the rice was fluffy and well suited to the ramen.

They have a simple menu with few items. It would be nice to see the addition of something like gyoza or another...

お店の裏に駐車場があります。(5～6台かな) らーめんののぼりがあるのでわかると思います。 入り口は引き戸です。 (引っぱっても開かないと思ったら引き戸でした笑) お店に入ると、カウンター席のみ。6人で満席になります。 店内は、モノトーン調。静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。 メニューは、 らーめんとらーめん大盛り ネギチャーシュー チャーシュー丼とチャーシュー丼大盛り

初来店なので、らーめんを注文。 カウンター越しで注文します。 白のヌードルボウルに透き通ったスープ 麺は細ストレート麺 お味はあっさり 魚介の旨味が出ていてラーメンを味わい、スープも 味わえるおいしさ。 具はチャーシューとめんま、ネギのシンプル。 最初、パンチがない？かと思ったけど、それは間違いでレンゲが止まらない。あっさりだからどんどん食べられる。最後、スープまで飲み干しました。 食後も喉が渇くことなく、後味も引くことなく、 量もちょうどよかったです。
