keep in mind that this review is from my point of view as a tourist who can read but not speak any japanese, with that out of the way, best game store I have gone to and amazing for retro enthusiasts. displays for new games like splatoon 3 are charmingly handcrafted and the place is super friendly and willing to help with a language gap. consoles going back to the famicom and game & watch are easily found here for under 50,000 yen and I saw a super famicom going for about 24,000 in great condition with all cables included! the game prices are crazy too, with cartridges in good condition going as low as super mario 64 for only 100 yen and even modern systems and games on sale for significantly lower prices. consoles and games can be found occasionally in the box for collectors if you’re one of them, too. the only issue is that there aren’t any imports, so keep in mind that consoles are NTSC-J and especially older games that you buy may be region locked. but it’s no huge problem and I stayed for hours there just figuring out what to buy. great place, oh, and they...
