Hands-down, this was the best bakery I tried in three weeks in Japan. The quality of the goods is equal to an excellent bakery in the US, or a very good French bakery. On my 3 day trip in Hiroshima I have come no less than 3 times and left with pastries and bread to take home. I recommend their small but delicious blueberry muffins, rice flour donuts and "Chocolat au sel" bread but honestly everything was delicious. Thank you...
