広島で、旬の野菜をふんだんに使った、彩り豊かなカジュアルフレンチを 前菜だけで何種類もの野菜が楽しめて、見た目も味も大満足でした。

真鯛×カブ×夏野菜のソースの組み合わせが絶品で、メインのお肉も野菜たっぷりで軽やか。バジルソースも最高でした！

デザートも4種盛りで大満足。友人の誕生日祝いで伺いましたが、デザートプレートも用意していただき、とても素敵な時間が過ごせました。

季節ごとにコースが変わるようなので、また伺いたいです！

A cozy casual French restaurant with a beautifully crafted seasonal course full of fresh vegetables. The colorful appetizers alone featured so many kinds of veggies—visually stunning and delicious!

The sea bream with turnip and summer vegetable sauce was packed with umami, and the meat dish was light yet satisfying, with plenty of vegetables and a perfect basil sauce.

We visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday and they kindly prepared a special dessert plate. Everything from the food to the service made for a wonderful evening.

Eins der besten Restaurants, die ich in Japan erlebt hatte. Sehr feines, sehr vielfältiges zubereiten. Ästhetisch, interessant und lecker. Die portionen sind zwar klein, aber sehr fein. 最初の前菜で前菜の解説も聞けて良かったです。 ポタージュスープも大変に美味しくて他店では絶対に味わえない美味しさのポタージュスープでした。 他のメニューも大変に味付けが良く美味しくて他店では真似ができないような味付けのメニューばかりでした。 パスタも細麺のチョイスで凄く味わい深く。一番にびっくりしたのがメインのお肉でした。 焼き加減も程よく味付けも他店では味わえない美味しい味付け♪ こちらはフレンチらしいのですが男の僕でもコースを一通り食べましたら満腹になりました。 スイーツも大変に美味しく良かったです。 ちなみにホット珈琲を飲みました。 接客も丁寧で大変に満足できるレ...
