The coziest, most friendly Japanese restaurant we've been to so far. Even the locals smiled and said hi.

The wife had udon and edamame, and she said both were really great.
All in all, this hotel deserves full marks on all accounts. Do yourself a favor...
Read moreSome of the best tasting food I have experienced in Japan. Great service. We ordered a selection of small dishes to share and each was excellent with a twist on traditional flavors of common Japanese dishes. Very well priced. Menu in Japanese but Google translate works well enough. Highly recommend edamame garlic, Horinishi spice nuts, Chicken wings with Kalaag sweet and spicy pepper sauce, Karaage of small shrimp, anchovy cabbage and Potato salad with smoked corned beef and smoked egg. Definitely a return visit next time...
