Yume Note — Restaurant in Inuyama

We went for an early dinner on a Monday and were the only diners. The lady who served us also did the cooking and I have to say that her service and her food was impeccable. Everything was delicious. We have been to many izakaya in Japan and this was one of the best. The torched saba sashimi served with salt and soy sauce had just the right touch of smoky flavor. The fresh raw oysters were large and meaty. We particularly enjoyed the buta kakuni (braised pork belly) that came draped with the silkiest omelette. This was followed by large crunchy deep-fried shrimp that was an excellent accompaniment for our Juyondai sake. Another dish that was perfect for the sake was the deep-fried sweet potato cubes that had a texture somewhere between a French fry and a wedge: crisp on the outside but meltingly soft inside. The wagyu beef was generously portioned; nicely seasoned and obviously of a high quality. Yes, it was pricey but what you would expect to pay for good quality beef. 料理は美味しかったですが、全部若干高めといった印象です。とんぺい焼き？みたいなのはコスパ最高で是非食べて欲しいですね！

接客は女性店員さんは本当にいいです、素晴らしいの一言！(^^) 男性店員さんが悪いという訳ではないです。

ですが、如何せん店長らしき方はあまり良い印象ではなかったのでレビュー高いなぁと思ってたところ、トンデモ返信を見てしまい総合評価は星1です。 レビューを低評価順にして返信見てみてください。びっくりです。

あくまで個人の感想ですし、実際悪い印象を受けたので書かせてください(^_^;) 最後になりますが、このお店にふらっと立ち寄る時はお金に余裕ある時がオススメですよ。 ここはTwitterではないので、この追記を最後にやり取りするつもりはないです。

レビューを誰かに頼むなんて話はしていませんが、何のことでしょうか。疑惑をかけられているのですか？それは残念な事と思います。 ネットのレビューは本名でも偽名でも言う事は変わりません。仮に全ての情報が真実だとして、それが本当だと確かめる術が貴方にもないですから。どんな意見も面と向かって言えば受け入れる…と言いますが、クチコミの仕様を考えて頂けたらと思います。 なので、僕のレビューも信じるかどうかはお客さん次第です。そこまで噛みつかないで欲しいです。
