Affordable ramen place in a shopping district. Noodles were cooked to perfection as you get to choose who hard or soft you want your noodles to be. Soup broth was flavorful and the accompaniments of Cha shui, green onions and loads of sesame seeds really make the entire bowl come together. We also ordered the eggs as a side dish and those were delicious as well. Staff were accommodating and helpful as we did not speak any Japanese.

The ramen is delicious as well as the dumplings. The price is reasonable. The chef will ask for your personal preference about the stiffness of the ramen and the spiciness which will be good if you can decide on your own. Good to try!

일본 전국에 퍼져있는 유명한 돈코츠계 프렌차이즈 라멘 전문점. 단보라멘은 일본 전국 뿐만 아니라 베트남까지 진출한 하카타 돈코츠계 라멘 전문점이다. 우리나라에서는 오키나와 단보라멘이 제일 잘 알려져 있다. 가고시마 텐몬칸점 입구에는 큐슈지역 라멘 1위 수상이라는 현판이 세워져 있다. 일행과 해장 겸 늦은 시간에 들어갔는데 이름에 걸맞게 많은 손님들이 자리를 꽉 채우고 있었다. 이곳 또한 자판기에서 표를 구입하고 착석 후 주문하는 시스템이다. 이곳 또한 기본 돈코츠 라멘인 단보라멘이 메인 메뉴이다. 나는 새롭게 맛 보고자 네기고마 라멘을 주문했는데 이것이 아주 훌륭한 선택이었다. 진한 국물에 파와 깨가 어우러져 면과 함께 아주 맛있게 흡입하였다. 앞으로 단보라멘을 가게 된다면 항상 이 메뉴를 주문할 것 같다.
