Visited this place for a light dinner. It is a small shop seating 12 only with a vending machine for orders. The ventilation inside the shop is to be desired. Air conditioning is dismal. Someone ordered some fried gyoza and the smoke from the cooking is persistent. BUT the Hakata ramen with thin noodles and the Satsuma ramen with thicker noodles are superb. The noodle is on the chewy side just to our liking. The pork soup base is light, non oil y and non salty like most others. I empties the whole bowl. .The thin slices of pork just melt in your mouth and truly taste porky. Excellent food but ventilation needs...

The soup is about right in taste and not too oily/flavour as compared to others. The pork is thick which I prefer. One thing to note is the ventilation is not good in this restaurant. Probably due to its small size, I can smell the smoke whenever the chef is frying food. This makes me a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the experience overall...

We visited for dinner during a recent trip in April 2024. The speciality at this restaurant is ramen 🍜 with various types of ramen available. Ordering and payment is accomplished conveniently using the touchscreen monitor at the entrance.
