Visited this place for a light dinner. It is a small shop seating 12 only with a vending machine for orders. The ventilation inside the shop is to be desired. Air conditioning is dismal. Someone ordered some fried gyoza and the smoke from the cooking is persistent. BUT the Hakata ramen with thin noodles and the Satsuma ramen with thicker noodles are superb. The noodle is on the chewy side just to our liking. The pork soup base is light, non oil y and non salty like most others. I visited this place in evening and at that time no customer inside. There is an ordering machine just next to the entrance. I ordered the satsuma special ramen. The soup is about right in taste and not too oily/flavour as compared to others. The pork is thick which I prefer. One thing to note is the ventilation is not good in this restaurant. Probably due to its small size, I can smell the smoke whenever the chef is frying food. This makes me a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the experience overall...
