This is right up there for this type of fast food restaurant. The staff are terrific, atmosphere high, really clean and the food is fast and tasty. We have been in Japan for weeks and Yoshinoya have been the best...we have tried the one's starting with S and M but they are hugely...

令和6年7月15日(月曜日)海の日 21時35分頃の事でした。 私は大人2人、4歳の子供1人で食事をする為こちら、吉野家住吉店に訪店した際、テーブル席の片付けが終わっていなかったので、待ってから案内され座りました。 すると、テーブルがまだ汚れてました。 片付け、テーブルや椅子が汚れていないか、落とし物やお客様の忘れ物など無いかしっかり確認をした上で案内して欲しいです。 汚れたままのテーブルでお客様に食事を提供しないで頂きたいです。 それから食事が終わったので、熱いお茶を2杯くださいと注文すると、河野さんと言う若い男性の方が子供の目の前に熱いお茶を無理矢理置いて来て、コップが斜めになっていて、ここに置くと子供が居て危ないので、空いたお盆を下げてくださいとお願いしたのですが、(はい)と返事をされた事に対してお盆を下げてくれませんでした。 もしこれで、万が一子供が火傷をしたらどう責任を取って頂けるのでしょうか。 牛丼は美味しいのに、そう言った接客態度一つで凄く不愉快になりました。 河野さんがアルバイトか正社員か解りませんが、しっかり教育...

接客がとても良かったです！ 福岡からの旅行者ということで、フレンドリーかつ距離感はしっかりと保ちながら提供も早い。素晴らしかったですし味もおいしかったです😋 やはり企業のネームバリューではなく働いている人の考え方と思いだなと感じました。しっかり出来ていない店はどのチェーンでもあることを知りましたし、早い、まずい、態度最悪な店は多いです。 出来ないものは出来ないと伝え、出来るところは最大限やる！こういう方達が深夜を回されているのは安泰ですね。 こういう素敵な店があるから、出来てないチェーン店に当たるとがっかりします笑 なので、どんどん接客と評判を上げていってください。また来店したいと思います(^^)
