My family and I chose to eat here during our visit ti Kamakura. We were very interested in the wagyu beef that was advertised. We were greeted warmly by our server, Karen, who was very accommodating despite the fact that we were foreigners and could not speak Japanese well. She was attentive and took care of whatever we needed. My family was a total of 5 people and the restaurant was very accommodating to our large group by seating us on the second floor. Wagyu Don Ohno Kamakura absolutely deserves its outstanding reputation. The quality of the wagyu was exceptional, tender, rich, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

A huge thank you to Hikaru, who made the entire experience even better with warm hospitality, excellent recommendations, and a friendly smile that made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was fast, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful.
