Typical Kyushu ramen restaurant, there are many throughout the country and even abroad. This restaurant in Fujisawa is located on the seafront in a suggestive position overlooking Enoshima. It is not among my favorite ramen but it is good and i like it. The noodles are thin and the soup has a light gentle flavor not so fat like other ramens. Super stylish, clean and cozy! Not so many people on the Sunday night we visited. My plain white ramen was not so heavy, not so oily or salty, just perfect. Good quality chashu pork too! We tried this place in Kyoto and so happy to find this one closer to where we are living. Seatings are nice and some booths have a view of the bay.
