Lovely character bakery tucked in the back of a parking lot which would otherwise be overlooked by travellers if not for the Tokyo crowds lining up on a Saturday morning shooting Instagram selfies. There is a good reason for that - and it's not just because their products look good. If you happen to stay around the area make sure you give it a try in less busy days ideally when the croissants are out (around 10am I think). You'll keep going...

パン屋さん不毛地帯だった腰越。 腰越駅前にお惣菜パンのお店ができてルンルンしていたら、 ついにハード系パンの美味しいお店もできた！

オープン３日目にお邪魔いたしました。 お蕎麦や結のすぐそば。 駐車場が４台分あります。 駐車場所はマンション住人や他店舗に無断駐車にならないよう注意。

入り口横にベンチが一台あり、 そこで座って食べている方も。 入り口を入って左側には、小さな子供が遊べる１畳分くらいのスペースも。おチビと来たら間違いなく居座りそうです（笑）

店内は大きなカウンター１台にパンが所狭しと並んでいます。 サワドゥはアメリカ在住時に好きになったパンだけど、日本ではあまり目にしない。私はこれとクラムチャウダーを一緒に食べるのが大好き。

でも今日はクロワッサン系で店主の腕前をチェック（笑） この辺りでクロワッサンと言えば片瀬山のあのお店が思い浮かびますね。 コモパンさんはどうでしょう...おお、美味しい！ バターが美味しいものを使われているのでしょうか。

あと、マラサダ。 揚げたてマラサダはダイエットを忘れる美味しさ。 揚げる時間はインスタでチェック。

キッチン奥に、はるゆたかと書かれた大きな紙袋が積まれてるのも見えますが、これはどのパンになるのかな。今度伺ってみましょ。

（後日、ハード系パンにあんこを挟んだものも買ったら、これまた美味しかった！）

オープンが８時半で、仕事前には寄れないけれど、昼休みに自転車でチャチャッと買いに来ちゃいそう！ 今度はホットドックを食べたいな。

店主のセンスの良さと、丁寧な職人仕事とが味わえるお店です...
