Had a great dinner at this Okinawa restaurant after visiting the Great Buddha. I’ve always loved Okinawa food, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it in this locale. We ordered quite a bit as we were hungry - taco rice, bitter gourd stir fry (it was a set meal) and the stewed pork ramen. All the dishes tasted just as what I had in Okinawa! The bitter gourd was crunchier than expected but in a good way, while the taco rice was the right texture, a bit moist that made it easy to eat :) The ramen soup was rich but not too salty Do try this place when you are in the vicinity! Seems popular with tourists too, as I had 2 more groups coming in after us.

Having since been to Okinawa, somehow I just don't remember this Okinawa soba being as good, but it wasn't bad either. One thing though, my seat was kind of bad because it was facing the window so I was watching an endless stream of people walking by while they would look inside at me lol.

Very nice meal, very chill place. The staff was really kind and offered explanations on the dishes. I really recommend it for a quiet lunch.

My partner and I had the beef curry and to be honest the curry flavour was very good. We were just a little disappointed that there were little to no beef in the serving, there was more potatoes and carrot than the beef.

Atmosphere wise very quiet and peaceful. Serving time around 10 minutes so we didn't...
