Family travellors please avoid this restaurant ! I also need to bring this to owners attention. We arrived at 2:20 pm May 15 th with our two year old. At the entry the attendant ( male, middle age) showed very unfriendly attitude when he saw the kid. Then he began to talk to us by dropping keigo, saying if kid cries , それが厳しい and ask us to consider if we really want to enter the restaurant. Ugh we feel it’s not passive aggressive but evolve into active aggressive and discrimination against customers. And I have never encountered a service industry in Japan speaking non keigo to customers, no matter with kids or not. Very awful and wonder how such attendant was trained by supervisor and hired by the owner.
