Stopped by for a Matcha Float on a sunny day after visiting the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Up-market indoor restaurant setup with outdoor area selling drinks and ice-cream. The soft serve was just average like they used generic commercial formula instead of having their own. The drink was practically all ice cubes with hardly any matcha. Very overpriced and half-hearted product. Better drink and ice-cream options exist when walking further down the street. Ignore the fancy decor as it is no indication of quality. Regretful purchase.
