Our little American family went for our wedding anniversary, we brought our 2 young kids and they were very accommodating, that was such a relief! They even let out kids split a combo order.

The course style meals are similar to what most Americans have probably experienced at chain locations like Tanaka of Tokyo, Benihana, Kobe Steakhouse etc … the biggest difference is the incredible quality of every piece of the meal. The setting is quiet and respectful … the cooks provide no entertainment or chatter like we’re used to. The focus is preparation & perfection.

The shrimp served were delicious and the Hayama Beef was tender, juicy and buttery. The steak fat is separated and cooked longer, then rendered and served on top of bean sprouts - it was so oily and flavorful in the simplest way.

We had a kind Japanese man at our table … but he was overly distracting our dinner and the rest of the restaurant, perhaps he was a little too drunk? he meant well but created some awkward vibes. Everyone was looking at him interacting with us.

It wasn’t a big deal to us but the staff and CEO/Management was so kind in apologizing many times. It was heart warming customer service for us.

Located on Komachi Street with plenty to do in the Kamakura area … it’s a perfect destination for a special dinner date & close to the train station.

The Management spoke good English as well, so don’t be scared to call to make a reservation.

We’ll...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and we can’t say enough good things about the food, experience, and service. It was pretty quiet on a weeknight but made a reservation just in case. The steak and lobster set was fantastic. Quality food and so much of it that my pregnant self and husband were stuffed. The hayama beef was melt in your mouth buttery goodness, the lobster was tender and sweet, and the sauces were delicious. The daughter of the owner also happened to be cooking our food (to perfection), speaks great English, and is incredibly kind. We will 100% be returning for special occasions!

Highly recommend for some delicious teppanyaki and amazing service where every ¥ is...

I am delighted to share my experience dining at an exceptional Japanese steakhouse, where the owner and chef, Katy, took it upon herself to prepare a truly remarkable meal. The steak was cooked to perfection and left a lasting impression on my palate. The scallops were equally impressive, and the variety of sauces offered for each dish was a testament to Katy's culinary expertise. The garlic fried rice was a perfect end to the meal, leaving me completely satisfied. It was an honor to be served by Katy, whose passion for her craft was evident in every aspect of the dining experience. I look forward to returning to this establishment and experiencing her culinary...

It's 10000 yen+ course. Of course, it's a steak restaurant. We had A5 steak and they were decent as the price. There were appetizers, seafood, main, stirred fried veggies, and dessert. Surprisingly, what I liked the most was Hodate. It was sweet from freshness and crispy on the outside from butter, perfectly cooked. For price, it was not cheap The seafoods were optional. In every set, you should get A5 wagyu. However , I recommended to try seafoods. It's hard to find great chef with astonishing views from the table since it is the tepanyaki stove.

Delicious seafood, beef and vegetables cooked by chefs in pods of up to 8 people with a large communal hot iron grill in place of table. Great quality ingredients. The cooking is done both artfully and effectively. Limited but some good choices of wine available. Count 9000-10000/person with wine. By the way, this restaurant is in a nice looking part of Kamakura.... Worth the both the journey and the meal.
