Passed by on the way back to our hotel and decided to have a nightcap. Great little place for a couple of drinks and snacks, met some friendly regulars there and the owner Kanako was very nice. We went back again the next night and met some other regulars as well. We wanted to go again the third day but she mentioned the bar was closed on Monday. Great little spot and convenient if you’re staying in the Kurinbo area.

As others mentioned, a wonderful and friendly standing bar to have a few drinks. The landlady indeed is lovely - youthful, such great fun and an attentive host. She reminded me of my local landlady in Yatsuo, who is just the same way. I had lots of the Sake, and we had a lot of laughs ... highly recommended !

This place is a slice of heaven in a gorgeous part of the world. We met some absolutely fantastic people and the lady that runs the bar (Kanako) is just brilliant ❤️. You totally have to try the ginger sour - not a huge ginger person but this was the best drink ever!!
