"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service. The workers were friendly, attentive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They made sure I had everything I needed and even offered valuable recommendations for local attractions.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly...
Read moreAs other reviewers have noted, this hotel is totally not worth the price it charges. We paid ¥29,000 per night and the internet didn't even work. Feels like it should've been ¥15,000 at most. You'd get way better value at the Mitsui Garden Hotel across the street.
Room was pleasant, clean, neat, basic (think MUJI aesthetic), and reasonably sized. Beds were hard as rocks (think salaryman-style train station hotel hard.) Most importantly... no internet. And when the internet happens to work, it runs at a sad 1.63Mbps. Slower than my phone data plan, impossible to do any work with.
Reception staff were friendly, lovely people. Lobby cafe was good.
I love giving establishments a chance to make things right. Will update my review if my complaints get resolved...
