Avoid at all cost. Read on. My wife, son, and myself went there on March 21st around 6pm for dinner, food was ok good. Ordered 2 chirashi and 2 sashimi plates plus some deep fried appetizers. Service was ok, had to ask 3 times for tea refills. At the end the bill came to ¥11,000 but there was a 10% sales tax, we looked at the menu, where it says that all price are tax inclusive. Call the waitress over, she said that 10% taxes is on top of the food items. We did not argue, paid for the bill, but we knew that it was a discriminatory charge on foreigners.
