Such a beautiful little cafe, best coffee we’ve in Japan. Not a huge menu to choose from but the food they do have is excellent, we’ll presented and delicious. We just happened to be staying about 50 meters down the road at Neón hotel, also excellent.

I ate 2 filled croissants and had 2 latte’s, but you could spend less and be satisfied. I’m just addicted to good food and good coffee.

The staff are great and the architecture and renovation of the interior is stunning. Highly recommended!

They do apparently do dinner but have closed the dinner service for a short time. We’d love to come back and also stay at the property as they also offer accommodation and a full breakfast service. Wish we had known this earlier and we would’ve booked here!

Quaint little cafe in one of the backstreets fairly walkable from the station with a decent view of a local shrine. The menu focuses on coffee, desserts and savouries. The execution is top notch along with the service. We had the Anglo Caramel pudding, Crossaint with prosciutto, ham and the most juciest tomatoes along with a top class Apple cheese cake with fig/fig jam which was quite light. We also ordered the Latte and Caramel Macchiato which was creamy and had a lovely body and flavour. I believe the produce in Kanazawa is so fresh that it just elevates the dishes. 食事: 頼んだのはハム・チーズ・ルッコラのクロワッサンサンド、（Lサイズは約700円）ティラミス、エスプレッソ、アメリカーノと、プラナーチャイ。クロワッサンサンドは特に美味しく、焼きたてのパンがサクサクで、全体的にバランスもサイズも丁度良かったです。プラナーチャイは少し甘かったが、美味しかったです。（しかし、スパイスの味が好きじゃない方にはおすすめはしません）ティラミスは丁寧に作られて、優しいコーヒーの味をしたケーキとチェリーが本当に美味しかったです。その他、エスプレッソは飲みやすかったが、アメリカーノはエスプレッソのような味がして、通常のコーヒーを飲みたい人にはおおすすめはしません。

サービス: スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、対応が本当に良かったです。また、食事はすぐ出たので、朝に少し急いでいる方にもいいかもしれません。

雰囲気: オシャレかつ、ナチュラルなインテリアのあるお店でした。非常に落ち着くことができてよかったと思います。また、インテリアも食事もとてもインスタ映えでした。空間も意外と広かったです。（カウンター席とテーブル席も両方あり）

Overall: A really stylish cafe only 9 minutes walk from Kanazawa station - it’s a great place to have breakfast for travellers as the store is open from 8am. The staff were amazing as well! As soon as they saw us carrying luggages, they opened the door for us and offered to store our luggages somewhere out of the way.

The Food : We ordered a ham, cheese, and arugula croissant, (around ¥700 for the large) a tiramisu cake, one espresso, one americano, and one prana chai. The croissant was especially delicious as it was warm and flaky, and the balance of the ingredients was quite delicious. The prana chai was a little sweet for me, but overall it was quite good as well. The tiramisu cake had a refined flavour and paired very well with the black cherry. Finally, the espresso was delicious but the americano tasted a bit too similar to the espresso. I wouldn’t recommend it for those looking to drink a regular coffee - it was quite strong.

The Service: The staff was very friendly and the food came out right away! You pay first then sit down.
