Read more態度が悪すぎてびっくりしました。食べられない食品があって、いつも店の公式サイトでメニューを調べてから予約をしています。公式サイトを確認したら、コースですが食べられない食品があれば対応できると言う風に宣伝していたので、私の食事制限に対応できそうだと思って予約してみました。店からの返信は、公式サイトに載っている情報と違って、お任せメニューだけで食事制限に対応できない。とてもがっかりしました。他のお客さんも同じように困らないように、公式サイトが逆なことを宣伝しているように見えて分かりにくいと思ったことを店に教えてあげたら、普通に改善できるようのフィードバックを受け入れことなく、公式サイトの説明が分かりにくくなくて本当の食事制限は何なのかあなたの理解度が欠けているだけと言うような変な返信を店からいただいてしまって、分かりにくいと思ったことが店にバカにされました。グーグル検索したら私の食事制限がとても一般的な食事制限で1ページ目からほぼすべての検索結果に出るのに。他のお客さんも対応できそうなものに対応できないことが分かりにくいと思うはず。何千回もレストランや航空会社に食事制限について問い合わせたことがあって、その中ではこの店が最低のカスタマーサービスでした。普通はレビューを書きませんが、本当にひどかったです。
The customer service was so bad that it really shocked me. I have foods that I can’t eat, so I always check the menu on the official website before making reservations. When I checked the official website, it advertised that they serve a full course meal but to let them know if you have dietary requirements so that they can prepare a suitable menu for you. It seemed like they could help with my dietary requirements, so I tried to make a reservation. The response I received from the restaurant was that it was only a set course menu and they couldn’t change the menu for my dietary requirements, which was different than what the description on the official website said. I was very disappointed. I told them that the website seemed to be advertising the opposite and that it was very confusing, so that they could help improve the experience for other customers, but instead of thanking me for the feedback like normal, they gave a very strange reply that I am wrong and don’t understand what real dietary restrictions are, and treated me like I am stupid for feeling confused by the information on the official website. If you do a Google search for different types of dietary requirements and restrictions, I have one of the most common types of special dietary requirements and it is described in almost every result from the first page. So I think other customers would find it confusing too that they advertise they can help with dietary requirements but won’t actually help with dietary requirements. I have asked restaurants and airlines, etc., thousands of times about my dietary restrictions and of all of those, this was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The menu was Italian, not at all heavy, and showcased some really interesting locally sourced ingredients. Each plate was presented beautifully and was delicious.
