Asami Komachi — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Great little bar with a super-friendly local bartender/owner. Drinks are a little on the pricy side but you are paying for quality, as she has great knowledge of whiskey, sake, etc. It is in an old townhouse building with a beautiful interior. All of this together, combined with the friendly and interesting patrons, makes it a great place to spend a couple of hours having some drinks. We came here in the evening but was puzzled why all the shops’ doors were closed. The name of the shops were listed on the lamp shade, and you might miss it if you are not observant. Accidentally stumbled onto this nice cosy bar that also serves some bar food. I had a beef pasta and my friend ordered the small oden and gyoza. All were delicious!
