Really good for the value and very good food! I thought this restaurant have at least Michelin bib gourmand or a star but it turns out they have only opened the restaurant since beginning of June! What an incredible culinary experience. The tasting menu comprehended an appetizer course with six different small dishes, a main course with two different cuts of Noto beef, a Kanazawa style curry dish with rice and a dessert. The small restaurant sits only 6 lucky customers. Absolutely delicious beef. Melting in the mouth feeling. Very nice ambiance - lovely soft music playing in the background. I had a beef menu - as seen on the video. I would highly recommend.
