This little gem is tucked along a mountain trail above Utatsuyama Park and near The 400 Year Forest. A very welcoming spot, especially after “hike”. The rewards are friendly staff, luxurious desserts and a calm, restful setting. After enjoying their sweets, we decided to share a curry plate which came with a refreshing lettuce-fruit salad. After spending hours climbing one of Kanazawa’s many hills to admire a unique view of the city, I stumbled upon a beautiful café with a sleek design. Appearing out of nowhere, the place felt timeless. The cakes were delicious, and the staff’s welcome was wonderfully warm....

This is such a beautiful little cafe. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. They are very nice and helpful. This was a great surprise to see after a long hike in 2 degree weather. I had their green tea cake and it was very delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone...

Auf einer Tour durch die Parkanlage Utatsuyama, vorbei an kleinen Schreinen und mehreren Aussichtspunkten, sind wir durch Zufall an diesem kleinen modernen Café vorbeigekommen. Das Servicepersonal hat uns freundlich empfangen, war sehr zuvorkommend und konnte auch englisch. Es gab verschiedene Kuchen sowie Tee- und Kaffeesorten - preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen leckeren Schokoladenkuchen und eine Earl-Grey-Rolle, dazu einen grünen Tee und einen Iced Matcha Latte. Die Teller waren hübsch und liebevoll dekoriert. Der Platz an der schönen und hellen Fensterfront ermöglichte es uns verschiedene Vögel zu beobachten, was auch das Thema des Cafés widerspiegelte. Insgesamt ein glücklicher Zufall, dass wir hier bei Regenwetter vorbeigekommen sind. Definitv eine Empfehlung!
