Accidentally stumbled across this restaurant and we were not disappointed! Had the 10 course set menu which was delicious. Mixture of local Japanese produce in a French style - I particularly enjoyed the local fish. I had the wine pairing which worked really well and brought out flavours even more, especially the chardonnay with yuzu/honey! Chef was so friendly and even gave us some candied orange peels. Would definitely recommend!

Our family went there tonight for the special Christmas Menu. The food was excellent. Staff were nice and warm. Dishes are mostly tasty and well presented. Especially like the fried Kano crab. Crispy crust with fresh crab meat with texture very well preserved. Yellowtail tartar was also yummy. Wagyu fillet was perfectly cooked, tender, beefy and juicy. Will visit this place again when we come back to Kanazawa.

Our family went there tonight for the special Christmas Menu. The food was excellent. Staff were nice and warm. Dishes are mostly tasty and well presented. Especially like the fried Kano crab.
