Absolutely fantastic spot for tonkastu (pork cutlet), very delicious. Probably the best I've ever had. They don't have any English menus, and the staff have limited English, so I recommend going with some basic knowledge of Japanese or wield Google Translate, or Google Lens, to its full potential! Regardless of the language barrier, great service, well worth the wait. You can make reservations here (have your hotel do this if you can't speak Japanese), otherwise we arrived at 5:45pm and there was no wait, last time we waited about 15 minutes. Their menu mainly consists of 4 sections: rosu cutlets, hire cutlets, "super" cutlets and then a small selection of prawn (shrimp) options. On a two day trip to Kanazawa we were recommended this place by the owner of a local sento. They primarily organized their meat in a hierarchical list of fattiness. Seeing as my wife and I walked about 10k, we splurged for their large super fat dish (which I will affectionately refer to as 'max daddy fatty').

Y'all, I gotta say, there's no frickin' comparison. These cuts were a third fat, and the outer coating was crispy and tasty.
