Amazing conveyor belt sushi with amazing value proposition. I visited during a week day morning around 7:50 AM when it opened at 8:00 AM. there was no line up and after seated, the place was still very spacious. I tried some regional specialties such as the blackthroat seaperch and Toyama white shrimp. These items are significantly pricier than other items, and i think due to my own lack of experience, I couldn't appreciate these two items as much. However, all the other sushi/sashimi i've ordered were amazing considering the price. The crab miso soup was absolutely delicious and affordable. The red shrimp sushi was very sweet and massive. I didn't fully appreciate this place until i visited Kura sushi in Tokyo and needless to say, only in hindsight did i realize how amazing mori mori sushi is. A must try for all seafood lovers.

Plainly the most accessible yet freshest sushi available to both locals and foreigners. Queue system is easy to use, and moves relatively fast compared to major sushi chains. Menu is easy to navigate, available in English and some other international languages — pictures to look at as well. Would highly recommend the sweet shrimp and snow crab selections, huge deal considering the quality of the seafood and freshness. Also tried to tuna platter, well-balanced with wasabi and a dab of soy sauce. Try to go for counter seats so you can admire the chef’s work right before your eyes!

Extremely rude front desk lady who treated guest queuing with contempt and brushed people aside. Japanese owner of this establishment this lady brings shame to your company and Japan where everyone greets customers and welcomes them. You should send her for re training or reassign to a non customer facing role. Food was average, table had no wasabi, requested a wait staff for some and he came back with a ball in his hand and dropped it on my plate. The most unprofessional eatery so far in my visit to Japan. Would not recommend this place and don’t let the long queues fool you.

This branch opens much earlier than the one near Kanazawa station, so if your plan includes Omicho Market, make this your breakfast/brunch stop because lunch would probably be too pack. Take a number and they will call accordingly, didn't jump in sequence as far as I was there. I love their balance of mayo and ingredient. You gotta ask for wasabi though. Staff didnt speak much English, at least on that day. But hey, it's a conveyor belt sushi so just take whatever you want or order it through the tablet system with English (picture) menu.

Friendly staff - I don’t know if it was just because we looked really confused but they went above and beyond to help us with ordering and with basic explanations. Some orders come on a little Shinkansen model which is adorable - just make sure you press the button to send it back! Good food and an ideal conveyor belt sushi experience - although most things going round the conveyor (mainly natto dishes!) were there the whole time we were eating. Sashimi is on the menu but you have to look carefully!

First sushi experience in Japan for us with the process of booking in for a seat via the panel outside easy and your number called out in English. The screens also showed in English, with a wide variety of options. We stuck with a platter, some ship rolls and a prawn trio. All really good and a great intro to sushi in Japan. Hot water taps in front are for green tea which is the powder in the circle green pots (which were showed to us as thought the taps were cold water). Service quick and friendly
