My family wanted ramen but I didn’t. So I dropped them off and started meandering down a quiet road and stumbled on this restaurant that looked like it would be good. I noticed the wood-burning oven through the window. I sat down at the counter by myself and enjoyed a delicious fresh salad, a small pizza, and a small order of the pasta bolognese made with wagyu. Absolutely blown away and wish I were staying in Kanazawa for more time to go back. Not many signs and its down a small alley, do not let it deter you. This place is a gem and worth finding. Great beer...
