Fabulous experience from start to end. They welcomed us with a black tea in a dedicated area with lovely jazz music. After that the 13 courses menu was exceptional. From the appetizers to the sashimi, to the sushi and the sweets everything had fresh ingredients and had perfectly put together to give really a unique culinary experience. We happened upon a truly authentic Japanese sushi restaurant while in Kanazawa. We would Highly recommend dining here! The staff bent over backwards to make sure we knew what they were serving us using google translate. It was a pre fixed menu with at least seven courses. I couldn’t finish everything. Bij toeval de avond voordat we daar gingen eten, langsgelopen. Het was toen dicht. Dag daarna gelijk om 17u langsgelopen om voor die avond te reserveren maar het zat helaas al vol, tenzij we nu gelijk konden eten. Daar zeiden we geen nee tegen. Wat een geweldig restaurant.
