We ran into this amazing craft cocktail spot adventuring around the Geisha district. Lucky for us we arrived right as he opened the bar and my what a treat it was. You can tell the passion the owner puts into his recipes and business. He hand crafts and infuses everything himself and the cocktails are top notch. Well worth the money and I truly believe he should be charging more with the quality of drinks and service he provided. He also gave us free treats because it was our honeymoon and recommended amazing local spots to check out once we left. We would come here again our next trip to Japan. A truly beautiful and unique experience! Tried three cocktails and all of them were impeccable. Extremely high quality and very well made. They were well balanced and delicious.

I tried: • Sake and Jasmine Cocktail (Signature) • Sencha gin and tonic (Signature) • Seasonal fruit cocktail - tonight, it was made with flavoured vodka and fresh muscat grapes.

The bartender, Shinta Hama, is so skilled and also very kind. Wonderful hospitality and explained everything really well. He also gave us really good recommendations for spirits we can take back from Japan.

Excellent service and very dedicated barman (Master) who specialises in both Japanese teas and sake in his drinks and cocktails. He makes a lot of his own products and combos, and his speciality cotails are to die for. In particular his asparagus sour spring breeze. See how the gold leaf floats on that drop. Lots of gold in his drinks, and he pays extra attention to his ingredients, even his ice cubes! He runs it himself, so low amount of people can fit in but everything is immaculate and original.
