Sushi Kuine！ Kanazawa Ekimae Ten — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Tried this place bc our Kanazawa tour guide said it's her favorite conveyor belt sushi. It's on the 2nd floor of the Forus building right by Kanazawa Station.

It’s way better quality than the usual Kura or Sushiro. Nigiri here goes for around ¥400 compared to the ¥115 at Kura. But it's totally worth it. We got the special lunch set (¥2900) with 11 pieces of nigiri and miso soup. Everything was super fresh. No need to put soy sauce.

It was my first time to eat at a conveyor type sushi restaurant and I was not disappointed. Guests pick up a number before entering and are called. Table seats for groups and counter type seats for individuals are available. As for the food, it was fresh and tasted great. Absolutely amazing and quality is superb!!! I highly recommend this restaurant as the sushi dishes are so delicious and affordable. The sake is amazing too!
