A fascinating restaurant, even if it changes daily.

I found this place on YouTUbe and was planning to go there.

I put in 10 yen more on the bus just before I went there. Hey!I was disappointed even if it was 10 yen.

I was going to have a luxurious set meal, but I was going to find this one on YouTUbe, but it was changed to "Daily Special"....

I'm getting impatient in a weird way.

"Uogashi Shokudo" (Fish Restaurant) The restaurant looks like a "Shokudo" (restaurant) as the name suggests. It was a little late for lunch.

The time of the photo was taken at 14:11, but the restaurant is very popular with a long waiting list.

Daily sashimi lunch with large rice The "daily specials" are also shown in the photo in the storefront. It looks as good as other set menus that include sashimi.

This is good.

The restaurant has a QR code ordering system, and the traffic is better organized than one might expect. The restaurant's countermeasures are almost perfect for a thriving restaurant, and even though there are many foreign customers, there is no confusion.

The sashimi is fresh and thick! The fried fish is crispy and delicious!

The quality of the food is satisfactory and the ingredients are of high quality. The restaurant is located a short distance away from the station, but it is also easy to use because it bears the name of a facility in the station.

Other customers' dishes are more gorgeous and the size of the dishes is overwhelming. The sashimi is fresh and meaty! The actual contents, which cannot be distinguished from the pictures, will not disappoint you.

Terrific work place just outside of the train station and mall under the tracks. Great value and super quality compared to the more expensive places in the mall. You can tell this is a good place because it is full of locals and there’s a frequent line up outside. I had the premium sushi boat with the miso seafood hot pot. Just 2500 yen. The rest of our party had various seafood bowls. I highly recommend the miso seafood hot pot add-on for just 350 yen more.

Visited two locations in Kanazawa. Both good value for money, especially noted the number of people trying to eat on Friday evening. The only problem with the Kanazawa Station branch is that the WiFi doesn't work properly so I had to get the staff to place the order. Update 2025/03/21: Visited again with my daughter in a wheelchair. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially as we are reliant to a significant extent on Google Translate. Food of course was good as per the last two visits....
