去年行った際にコロナの感染対策が全くされていなかった。店内でマスクを外したまま会話し放題の客しかいなく、平日で満席でもないのに隣とは席も開けずに隣に平気で座らせるコロナに対する意識のなさ、アクリル板で感染防止対策がされている訳でもなく、ホテルの感染の意識が低すぎると驚いて呆れました。客のレベルも低く不愉快だったので、食後は急いで店を出て、マナーも守っている人間が損するようでは納得がいきませんでした。安い店ではないのでもっと意識持ってやるべきですね。飲食時は黙食がマナーです。ニュースを見ないレベルの人しかここはいないんでしょうか？

そんな意識もないレベルの低い客のために不愉快な思いをして、従業員に言ってもすいませんもいわずに、ただ黙り込むだけで、改善するとも何の回答ものなく、レベルの低い従業員ばかりで教育が必要だと思います。日本人だけでなく外国人従業員も同様にかなり教育が必要。 人の命に関わることを軽視しすぎてしませんか？

マスクしてても入店・退店時だけマスクするのは意味ないですが？ 万平ホテルも質が落ちたものだと、今や時代の変化に対応できずに他のホテルと比べると落ち目のような印象がありますね。 お茶飲んだだけで2000以上するんだから、品格と質は意識して維持すべきじゃないでしょうか？ 自分達で主体的に考えて客の命を守る意識がないホテルなんて今後衰退して行くと思いますね。 なんか胡坐をかいて...
