Kaikatsu CLUB Kawagoekureamoruten — Restaurant in Kawagoe

This was actually the worst Kaikatsu CLUB so far. It was relatively clean to a standard or even above Kaikatsu standard and employees were super lovely, helpful and attentive buuuut but but but the aircon in my “private PC room” was massive and even though I switched it off it was still making the room to feel like Antarctica! The blankets didn’t do anything and I was happy that I have my dawn jacket with me and I still felt like freezing to death cold (btw the dawn jacket I wore in the Himalayas when it was -13 and even that felt berry!). So yeah… it was really bad. I don’t know if some people like it but it was too much in my opinion (after reading other reviews I was definitely not the only one though..). The corridor was also airconditioned but it felt like 10 degrees warmer than the acthal room. I am now afraid I will get sick after spending a night in this severe fish freezer. I am really wondering how many degrees were in the room - because it felt like barely 15.

Another thing there was someone watching some Japanese tv shows or something similar very very loud till maybe midnight or even later (plus again in the morning) - I never had such an experience in any other Kaikatsu club where everyone was quiet and respectful..

..but the rest was fine. Washing machines/dryers worked perfectly, shower and the spaces in general were relatively clean and as I said employees were super lovely. But just really why to make it that cold in the very room. The temperature of a corridor would be just fine or at least give us a choice….

PS: the music in eating area was actually super lovely and made me feel like back to Bali. (aaa please give me Balinese...

They seem to have no elevator at all; I was temporarily resting there and had to take my luggage down and up stairs. They don't warn guests with bad behaviors; there was one member who constantly yells and...

料金を考えると⭐5です。 立地的にも川越駅と本川越駅の中間地で便利ですし、受付のお姉さんは接客も良いですし、女性用は→無料シャワーブースは２つ＋洗面所２つ＋お手洗い２つ。タオルは使い放題。 朝は無料のモーニングサービス(食パン＆ポテト)あり。 ソフトクリーム有り、フリーソフトドリンクもそれなりに選べますし、十分です。 水回りの髪の毛が落ちてるとか、目を向けると嫌な面もありますが…使い方が悪い人がいる以上、２４時間オープンしているのでスタッフさんの落ち度としてあげるのは可哀想かな…とも思います。 私はカフェスペースを利用しましたが、こちらはキレイにされています。お客さんが退出すると、そのスペースを丁寧に消毒されていました。オープンスペースと言えども、お隣さんとは、テーブルと同じしっかりした見えない仕切りがありました。前の方は、透明では無いけど…すりガラスのようなついたてがありました。オープンとは言え、割と自分の空間で過ごせました。何より他のブースより料金もお安いですからね。ちょっとした休憩や仕事やお勉強や、メイクするぐらいは◎かな。コンセント、Boxティッシュ、ゴミ箱も各仕切りごとにありました。Wi-Fiも私の席ではかな...
